I will introduce my home town , before you know about my home town I will introduce myself first.
I’m Winny, I come from Indonesia, I live in Jakarta, Indonesia has a lot of interesting city. But here I just want tell about Jakarta, one of the best city from Indonesia, and the luckily that’s my home town. Jakarta has a lot of destination, like Jakarta Old Town, Thousand Island, Jakarta History Museum, The Ancol Dreamland, Keong Mas Park, Marina Jaya Ancol, National Monument, Ragunan zoo, Sunda Kelapa, Sea World, TMII, etc.
Comprising more than 300 ethnic groups Jakarta is a melting pot of representatives from each other. Jakarta has a special territory enjoying the status of province. Located on the Nothern Coast of West Java, Jakarta is the center of many province do you need to go. Before you go around and know about Jakarta I think you should go to all of the destination from Jakarta. The ethnic of Jakarta called “Orang Betawi”, Let me introduce three interesting destination to you:
1. Jakarta Old Town
The old name has called ‘Batavia’ but now Jakarta old town called by Kota Tua. In the 16th century the Dutch established a base here that was the centre of commerce in the region. Many history began from Kota Tua (Jakarta Old Town). One from the story when the small colonial origin has almost been in the development that has washed over the city. Many people from many country come to Jakarta Old Town to know what story inside the war before and after, and many people come here to memories the cultures. 2. The Ancol Dreamland
The Ancol Dreamland for me and many people is the best recreation. The attraction like Seaworld, A lagoon for fishing and boating, Fantasy World, Carnaval beach made all of people so interested to stay on Jakarta. The Ancol dreamland is easy to reached by bus, train, and rented cars, but only Sunday you can move around inside Ancol Bay area by using shuttle car. 3. TMII
TMII (Taman Mini Indonesia Indah) or you can called with Beautiful Indonesia Miniature Park is Indonesia’s answer to every visitors prayer to see the magnificent archipelago in just one day. Each pavilion is representative from each province firm the traditional architectural style in miniature, how wonderful display they are. The culture and the history of things makes you believe you should go to TMII someday.
